Whether you’re planning a meeting for 10 or 650, we at Grand Meridian can accommodate your needs to make your event spectacular. Our professional staff will work with you on all aspects of your event.
Our total conference space is approximately 5170 square feet (usable space). You can use the entire space or it can be broken down into two rooms. One room is approximately 2650 square feet, (usable space), and the other, approximately 2400 square feet, (usable space).
Each room is equipped with a full service bar, for those special events.

Amenities include:
Parking Lot: Our large on site lighted FREE parking lot can hold as many as 350 cars. You can’t beat this for parking.
Lobby: Our tastefully decorated lobby is a beautiful warm setting of terracotta tile, arches, fountains and a fireplace. It is a great place to socialize.
Screen & Projector: Our Screen & Projector system is great way to present essential media to make your meeting a success for your participants. Our screens are an enormous 9 feet tall & 16 feet wide. Our high powered (5600 lumen) projectors do a beautiful job of presenting your media. It doesn’t matter where you are sitting; there isn’t a bad seat in the whole house!
Other Supplies & Equipment: Other supplies & equipment we have on hand for your use include overhead projector, easels, flip charts, pads & pens, dry erase board & markers, podium, wireless hand held & lavaliere microphone, lap top computer, and laser pointer.
Internet: We are connected with business class high speed Internet through Time Warner. You can tap in, using hard-wire or wireless. Our wireless connection is a secured system for that sensitive material or you can connect through the standard system.
Terrace Patio: Our Terrace Patio is an absolute wonderful setting and you can enter directly from the South side Conference Room. It also features tables, patio chairs, and optional bar & heaters.
Food: Food & beverages are available from our full service kitchen. We have a fully staffed kitchen and can offer you breakfast, lunch and dinner. We can also offer you snacks or desserts for your break.
